This squat rack  is a simple but heavy duty piece of equipment. It has integrated chin up/pull up bar and heavy plastic knurl protectors on the J hooks and safety arms. It also has safety pins to lock the safety bars in place. Perfect for bench pressing, squatting, chins and pull ups. One of our favourites here at Elephant Fitness.
